Crockpot Chicken

My oldest son is home from college spending the weekend with me. I told him I would make him whatever meals he wanted this weekend and Crockpot Chicken was one he chose.
I could see the drool on his lips when he said it!
It is a super easy, delicious meal and thought I'd share the recipe with you.
My favorite meals are the ones you throw in the crockpot and forget about.

Crockpot Chicken
3-4 chicken breasts (Can be fresh or frozen)
4 - 12oz cans of cream of chicken soup
2- 16oz containers of sour cream
2 - packets of DRY Italian dressing mix
1- package of Reams frozen noodles

Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and Italian dressing mix together in your crockpot. Once mixed well, add your chicken breasts.  Cook until chicken falls apart.
You could leave the chicken whole if you'd like - however I pull out each breast and shred it, then re-add it - so you have all shredded chicken.

Boil Reams noodles on stove according to package, drain and add to crockpot.
Let this all cook together for a while, allowing the noodles to pick up the flavor. Then eat up! Put left overs in the fridge overnight - the kids enjoy this for breakfast as well the next morning. =)

For larger batches to feed more people, you can add more of everything - whatever your crockpot can hold! You could also forgo the noodles for toast or rice.

Enjoy!
