I went to bed last night at 10:30pm. It's the earliest I've slept in since...well, I can't tell you how long. The weekend nights with my husband are always well into the morning trying to catch up on all that we've missed with each other during the weekdays we're apart. Which bite. I love my husband. He's my buddy, my cohort in crime, my love.

This morning I woke up a little after 9:00am. That is the most sleep I've had in one night...I felt good, got a cup of coffee, called Rob to say good-morning and started to open my eyes. I sat down in a chair in the living room and after 'The Doctors' finished, which I picked up a few pointers from, a paid programming ad came on. It was for 'The 10 Minute Trainer'. I sipped on my coffee and started to comprehended whatever washed up game-show host or TV personality I was unaware of, yet vaguely recognized, was trying to tell me. Next thing I remember, the man who invented P90X was being introduced and coming out to talk about why he invented 'The 10 Minute Trainer".

My brain finally tried to start a full 'good morning rev', when it realized that I had committed to an hour a day work out. I could have only committed to 10 minutes a day work out - had I only waited a few more days to realize that option actually existed.

This, my friends, is the disadvantage that comes from lack of research.

Options - I either buy the 'The 10 Minute Trainer' and have a competition with Rob, who still wants to do the full P90X program - to see who looks better first - or who actually sticks to it and sees results. (Besides seeing how high the dust can pile on top of the box - there will be a separate prize for that - TRUST ME!) *evil grin*
OR I wait for him to start P90X when he gets home from Brazil, of course then I'll start G90X right along side of him.

So I'll keep you up to date to which path that ends up taking... =)

P.S. (Did I tell you that I'm trying out for Roller Derby on Aug. 21st?! Can't wait!! )

P.P.S (Yes I said Roller Derby - get over it.)

=)
